Glenn & Marilyn Brown, who were married in 1973, are still employed by Chesapeake Public Schools. They have two daughters. Allison Brown Taylor (c/o94) is a teacher at Deep Creek Middle School and Mariel Brown Johnson (c/o97) has a photography business called Images by Mariel.

I am living in San Diego, CA, where I have spent most of my adult life, and where I graduated from college...San Diego State University. My son, David, also lives here, and is engaged to be married this summer to a fine young lady. We are both active members at Lighthouse Baptist Church here. I am enjoying the photos of other classes' reunions, and look forward to the next one our class has--am hoping to be there!

It is much sadness to announce that Robert "Bobby" McKeel Jr. passed away May 7, 2007.  Obituary below and in the In Memoriam section.

I was married March 28th 1970 to the man of my dream Carl Adkins who attended Deep Creek before his family moved to West Virginia. We live in the city of Portsmouth and we have two adult sons Carl II who was born Feb. 11 1973 and Kenneth April 13th 1978.   At this point we have no daughter in laws or grandchildren. My husband is a retired Portsmouth Firefighter who retired after 27 years of service.  I am a part time  Secretary at Geneva Park Church of Christ in Chesapeake, where I have worked for the last 22 or 23 years. I make jewelry as a hobby and also do Egg Art (such as Faberge eggs)  But we use real egg shells and not Gold Silver or Pewter.  I would love to hear from anyone from our class of 1969.
