*****CLASS NOTES*****
My husband and I moved to Gatesville, NC eight years ago, leaving Western Branch. Living in Gatesville is like going back in time to the '50's, living the slow country life. We just celebrated our 40th anniversary in February and have four wonderful children, 8 grandchildren and one on the way due in May. God has been very good to us, we feel very blessed. During this time of war, we would like to keep all of the men and women in our prayers, especially my nephew, Robbie Marshall who is also a Deep Creek graduate class of 1983. He is in Iraq as a pilot in the Army. I wish you all well, and may God bless.

THE RAPIER'S

On July 5, 2003, all seven of us gathered together to celebrate our youngest sister, Millie's, "fiftieth birthday". Yep, our baby sister is "50", but doesn't look a day over 39. Tommy and Linda Rapier were terrific hosts for the Birthday pool party at their home on Old Mill Road. Here we are:
