Shirley Carey Walters, 71, of the 1700 block of Cedar Road, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2005 at her residence. Born in the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake, she was the daughter of the late Judson H. and Elizabeth Rowe Carey. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Johnnie A. Best and husband Stephen and Debbie W. Billips and husband Bobby. Her life was immeasurably brightened by her grandchildren, Kyle, Kelli, Johnnie (“J.T.”), Stephen and Christian, all of whom she loved dearly. Walters; brothers and sisters-in-law, Elmer and Linda Walters, Guy and Kitty Walters and Gene and Jennifer Walters and many well loved nieces and nephews. An only child she loved Catherine C. A celebration of her life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2005 in the Great Bridge Chapel of Oman Funeral Home & Crematory, 653 Cedar Road, Chesapeake. Rev.
